  • What’s the best thing you cook?
    Popcorn shrimp tacos with a jicima shell and fresh pico de gallo salsa. 

  • When was a memorable time you made lemonade out of lemons?
    My first social media and marketing role was a long lesson in turning challenges into opportunities. I worked closely with the owner, who became a mentor and friend, who gave me the freedom to experiment, make mistakes, and grow. Together, we worked towards building a small but established brand, driven by shared values and a belief that anything was possible.

  • Why do you love working in food and beverage PR?
    With an extensive background in restaurants and hospitality, it has become customary for me to appreciate the culture of different foods, drinks, and environments. Food has created a sense of community that I want to be a part of.
