Experience

Prior to JS2, Pao had an internship at LA-based fashion agency Dietch PR, where she worked with lifestyle influencers, celebrity stylists, and PR gifting. 

Education

Pao earned a B.A. in Public Relations with a minor in Spanish from the University of Oregon. She was a member of the School of Journalism and Communications PRSSA group, which invites PR industry professionals and alumni to speak about their experiences. Pao is passionate about the world around us, and stays well-informed on domestic and international social and humanitarian issues. 

3 Questions With Pao 

  • What’s the best thing you cook?
    Although time-consuming, I love to make my fish milanese with cucumber ceviche. It’s a hit every time.

  • When was a memorable time you made lemonade out of lemons?
    We had a supervisor at JS2 leave, which, while sad, ultimately allowed me to move up in the company and lead a client account. I turned what might have been an intimidating transition into a positive, exciting one.

  • Why do you love working in food and beverage PR?
    I really love to see brands differentiate themselves in such a saturated space.
